About returned goods, defective products, cancellations:The full refund will be made when the test site (7 to 30 business days after payment is completed) is not in line with the request. Please note that returned or refunds cannot be accepted in principle after the test site approval (after delivery). (We cannot refund or return during a two -week or one month support plan.) If there is a product defect, such as broken data, we will respond individually.

Return deadline:The site construction will be delivered in 7-30 business days after payment is completed. Plan buyers will continue to provide two or one month of operation support. After the support period of the planned zone, an option fee will be charged separately.
